As a Travel Retention Executive, you’ll be responsible for reconnecting with existing and inactive customers, understanding their travel needs and creating opportunities for future bookings. You don’t need previous travel experience to succeed in this role. We’re looking for people who are confident, motivated and genuinely enjoy speaking with customers.

Role of Travel Retention Executive:
* Proactively contacting existing and inactive customers via outbound calls and email campaigns.
* Re-engaging customers by discussing destinations, holiday ideas and relevant travel offers.
* Building strong relationships and understanding customers’ travel preferences, budgets and future holiday plans.
* Identifying opportunities to turn customer conversations into future bookings.
* Understanding why customers may have booked elsewhere and capturing valuable feedback to help improve the customer experience.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and activity using the CRM system.
* Delivering a professional, friendly and personalised customer experience.
* Working towards and achieving individual KPIs and performance targets.
* Supporting colleagues and contributing to wider team and business objectives.
Skills required for the role:
* Experience in outbound sales, telesales, customer retention or another customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confidence speaking to customers over the phone and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* A positive approach to handling objections and finding solutions.
* Motivation to achieve targets and deliver results.
* Enthusiasm, confidence and a genuine interest in working with customers.
* A willingness to learn, develop and build a career within the travel industry.
