How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Graduate Apparel Account Coordinator
    West London – Ravenscourt / Hammersmith
    £27,000 – £30,000 + benefits + progression
    Full-time | Permanent
    Hybrid working available following training
    The Opportunity
    We are recruiting for a Graduate Apparel Account Coordinator to join an established London-based corporate wear design agency, working with clients across the corporate, hospitality, aviation, retail and events sectors.
    This is a junior graduate opportunity for a recent graduate with approximately 6–12 months of practical work experience.
    Previous office-based experience is important for this role. We are looking for someone who has already gained experience in administration, coordination or operations, whether through an internship, placement, graduate role or junior position.
    We are also open to candidates who have gained relevant experience through events or retail, provided their role has included meaningful back-office responsibilities such as stock administration, order processing, reporting, updating systems or coordinating deliveries.
    A degree in Fashion, Textiles, Apparel, Fashion Business or a related subject would be ideal, but previous experience within the apparel industry is not essential.
    Working closely with an experienced Account Manager, you will support the delivery of client projects from order through to production and delivery. You'll gain exposure to client communication, order management, stock coordination, garment production, suppliers and project administration.
    This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the commercial side of the apparel industry.
    Key Responsibilities

    * Assisting with client enquiries by email and telephone
    * Processing and coordinating client orders

    * Coordinating garment production and customisation
    * Tracking orders, deliveries and shipment timelines
    * Monitoring project deadlines and critical paths
    * Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams
    * Coordinating samples, stock and product requirements
    * Following up on outstanding actions and deadlines
    * Providing general account, administrative and operational support
    About You
    We are looking for a recent graduate with approximately 6–12 months of practical work experience who is ready to develop their career.
    Essential
    * 6–12 months of practical work experience
    * Previous office-based administration, coordination or operational experience
    * Experience gained through an internship, placement, graduate/junior role or similar
    * Events or retail experience with meaningful back-office responsibilities
    * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    * Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
    * Good written and verbal communication skills
    * Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    * Professional, reliable and proactive approach
    * Willingness to learn and develop

    What's on Offer
    * £27,000 – £30,000
    * Hybrid working following training
    * Private medical insurance
