A Level Maths Teacher – Full-Time Paternity Cover
TARA Professional Recruitment are working in partnership with a secondary school in Telford, who are seeking an experienced and confident A Level Maths Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a paternity cover position commencing after the October half term and continuing through to Christmas.
The role
The successful A Level Maths Teacher will be responsible for teaching Mathematics across the school, with a particular focus on A Level provision. The school requires a teacher who is confident delivering A Level Maths and able to provide high-quality teaching and learning throughout the placement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maths Teacher looking for a full-time role from October half term through to Christmas.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
* Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
* Confident and experienced teaching A Level Maths.
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging, challenging and effective lessons.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Ability to build positive professional relationships with students and colleagues.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
* Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undertake the required checks.
