This role is very fast paced and encompasses a number of different tasks, with no two days the same. Training will be provided on product and industry specifics, as well as comprehensive training and support in regards to our internal processes.

This role includes dealing with both customers and prospective customers via email, telephone and in-person at our counter, then providing them with information and quotations as requested. It also involves processing customer orders and coordinating the despatch of the same via either our own vehicles, with colleagues at another branch or via external couriers. The other key aspect includes working with colleagues to ensure local stocks are well maintained to facilitate orders in a timely fashion and liaising with suppliers in regards to our own purchase orders.

The manual element consists of work in our warehouse. Dealing with physical stock control, goods received, goods despatched (via the methods mentioned above), and colour mixing on our industrial 'tinting machines' (training will be provided) This element of the roles involves lifting unit sizes of up to 22kg and packing boxes or small pallets for collection via courier.

No two days are the same but anybody who applies will need to be able to multi-task and be able to work under pressure at certain times
