HR Coordinator – Permanent Hybrid | Christchurch Fortnightly travel to Sheffield & Widnes
We’re looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to support a busy People Team within a growing, people‑focused business. This is a varied role covering HR admin, recruitment coordination, onboarding, training support, HR systems and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding, probation and employee documentation
*
Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance checks
*
Prepare contracts, letters and HR paperwork
*
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
*
Complete right‑to‑work checks and support offer processes
*
Book training sessions and update L&D records
*
Maintain employee data in CezanneHR
*
Support payroll preparation, pensions and benefits admin
*
Assist with wellbeing, engagement and company events
About You
*
Experience in HR coordination or HR administration
*
Strong organisation and attention to detail
*
Confident communicator across all levels
*
Understanding of HR processes and employment law basics
*
CIPD Level 3 (advantageous but not essential)
*
Reliable, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
