Job Role:
To supervise a team of Day Service Coordinators and to oversee their management and leadership of support workers and service delivery
To ensure that the service provided meets the needs of service users in line with their individual needs and outcomes.
To support with the development of the service and to help promote the service as required.
To monitor the quality of the service using audit tools
Working on site ( no Hybrid working)
Must hold and Enhnaced DBS for Adults in the update service
Working hours:
Monday 09:00 To 17:00
Tuesday 09:00 To 17:00
Wednesday 09:00 To 17:00
Thursday 09:00 To17:00
Friday 09:00 To 16:30
Roughly with 30 min unpaid break per day
If successful, candidates will be required to provide information to support the Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council’s commitment to the prevention and detection of fraud. This information will be processed by the Council’s Internal Audit Services and may be shared with the National Fraud Initiative (NFI) for data matching
Salary description
£19.80 - £19.80 per hour
