We are looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Fabric Engineer will be responsible for:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs across multiple buildings.
* Perform carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, plastering, and general building fabric maintenance as required.
* Complete minor repairs to fixtures, fittings, doors, walls, partitions, and building finishes.
* Ensure all work is completed safely, to a high standard, and in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records using internal systems, including job sheets, asset updates, and compliance documentation.
* Liaise professionally with the client and site personnel, ensuring minimal disruption to sensitive environments.
* Diagnose issues, propose solutions, and escalate complex problems when required.
* Participate in the out-of-hours rota (where applicable) to support emergency call‑outs.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Proven experience in a building fabric or multi‑trade position (carpentry preferred but not essential).
* Full UK driving licence (mobile role with van provided).
* Strong understanding of health & safety standards and safe working practices.
* Ability to work independently across multiple sites with excellent problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to pass security clearance checks.
