Are you an experienced Electrician with maintenance experience, looking for the stability of a static site role with a leading Facilities Management provider?
Confero Recruitment Group are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join a well-established maintenance team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a single-site contract, delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance in a professional and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the on-site engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out reactive maintenance, fault finding and electrical repairs
* Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works
* Performing annual emergency lighting inspections and testing
* Ensuring all work complies with BS7671 and current regulations
* Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification (essential)
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
* Excellent understanding of health & safety and electrical compliance
* A proactive, reliable and customer-focused approach
