Based in Wembley

Trevett Services are working with one of the largest and fastest growing Facilities Management providers in the UK. My client is interested in speaking with technically sound mechanical supervisors to potentially join their team in Wembley.

The Role:

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the mechanical/HVAC aspects of the plant. Being client facing is a must for this role.

You will supervise the team in all aspects of work, undertaking people management activities such as Safety Briefings, absence reporting, performance reviews, annual leave and timesheet approvals. You will be part of a team of 30 people at any one time, with a day’s team and a shift team on site.

Your hours of work will be 08:00 – 17:00, working from Mon-Fri, but on events you may to work weekends or the occasional night shift, but this will all be paid at the overtime rate.

Qualifications & Experience:

Our client is ideally seeking someone from an FM background, with a level 3 in either mechanical or HVAC.

For top end of the salary, previous experience as a supervisor is required.
