What the role involves:
* Supporting children with their learning and development across all areas
* Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong, trusting relationships
* Working 1:1 or in small groups alongside the class teacher
* Creating a safe and welcoming environment where students feel happy and supported
* Helping every child reach their full potential
* Providing personal care where required
