Multi-Trade Operative

Location: North West Based with UK Travel
Rate: £14-15.50/hour  + Overtime + Van + Expenses

Due to continued growth and recent contract wins, we're recruiting two Multi-Trade Operatives to join an expanding team delivering maintenance and refurbishment works across the UK.

This is a mobile role where you'll work across a variety of sites, carrying out a range of trade and building fabric activities. Travel and overnight stays will be required, with accommodation, food allowance and travel expenses fully covered.

We're looking for practical, hands-on operatives who can turn their hand to a variety of tasks and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

The Role

• General building fabric maintenance
• Planned and reactive repairs
• Joinery and carpentry works
• Fire door repairs and adjustments
• Flooring, ceilings and partitioning works
• Basic plumbing and multi-trade repairs
• Refurbishment and improvement projects
• Working across multiple client sites throughout the UK

What We're Looking For

• Previous multi-trade, maintenance or building fabric experience
• Ability to undertake a variety of trades and repairs
• Valid CSCS Card essential
• DBS Certificate preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays
• Able to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills
