The Role you will be doing;
* Assisting the organisation of administrative tasks
* Complete all necessary paperwork as requested
* First port of call for answering incoming calls and distributing to relevant departments
* Corresponding directly to customers and suppliers
* Arranging service requests and breakdowns on site
* General filing
* Data Input
* Other general administrative duties as required
About You;
* General administration experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good computer skills and confident with Microsoft packages
* Communicates in a clear concise and professional manner
* High attention to detail
* Passionate about providing the best customer service experience
