Position: Order Picker
Location: Solihull, B90
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
•Your main responsibility will be order picking and packing customer orders from a detailed pick list, ensuring
accuracy and efficiency.
•Once orders are picked, you'll dispatch them promptly, ensuring timely delivery.
•You'll play a crucial role in the logistics process by accurately preparing all necessary documentation for
shipments.
•With a keen eye on inventory management, you'll work diligently to maintain optimal stock levels, replenishing
items as needed to meet demand.
•Flexibility is key in our fast-paced environment, so you'll also be ready to help with any additional duties as
required, contributing to the smooth operation.
Requirements and Desired Skills:
•While previous warehouse experience is advantageous, what's most important is your strong attention to detail
and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
•Being computer literate is essential for this role, as you'll be required to navigate digital systems for order
processing and documentation.
•You should possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering a
supportive and efficient work environment.
•Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll interact with colleagues and potentially liaise with
customers to ensure their orders are fulfilled to their satisfaction.
