Technical Administrator 

Location: Near Trowbridge
Site Based Role
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Technical Administrator to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Working across technical information, specifications, suppliers, labelling and customer requirements, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products and documentation are accurate, up to date and customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain raw material, packaging and finished product specifications.
Review and maintain supplier technical information, approvals and documentation.
Maintain HACCP, technical and food safety documentation.
Respond to customer and supplier technical queries, providing clear and timely solutions.
Develop and maintain specifications for new and existing products.
Manage technical information across relevant customer and specification systems.
Review labels and artwork against current food labelling requirements.
About You

You’ll ideally have:

Experience in a QA or Technical role within food manufacturing.
Knowledge of technical specifications, supplier approval and food labelling.
Understanding of HACCP, food safety and BRCGS standards.
A Food Science, Food Technology or related qualification would be advantageous, particularly alongside relevant industry experience.
