What your role will involve as the VFO Senior.
Managing your own portfolio of outsourced finance clients
Acting as a key client contact and trusted advisor
Leading, reviewing and supporting the VFO team
Working closely with senior leadership to drive service growth
Developing junior team members and improving processes
What we’re looking for in the person for the VFO Senior role.
ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience)
Background in outsourced finance / VFO or team leadership
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Organised, proactive and confident taking ownership
