This is a physically demanding role involving jet washing machinery and flooring areas, heavy lifting and working on your feet throughout the shift.
We are currently recruiting a Night Cleaner to join our client’s busy food production facility in Bloxwich.
This is a long-term opportunity, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role
Working as part of the night cleaning team, your responsibilities will include:
* Jet washing production machinery and equipment
* Jet washing and cleaning floors and production areas
* Removing food residue and debris from machinery and flooring
* Cleaning and sanitising production areas to strict food hygiene standards
* Moving and handling equipment and materials as required
* Carrying out heavy lifting as part of the cleaning process
* Working safely around production machinery and equipment
* Following cleaning schedules and procedures
* Using cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Following all health and safety and food safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
Previous industrial, food production or factory cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will need to be:
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable carrying out heavy lifting
* Comfortable using a jet washer
* Able to work on their feet for extended periods
* Happy working in a wet and physically demanding environment
* Hardworking and committed
* Able to follow instructions and cleaning procedures
* Thorough and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
English language skills are not essential.
