Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled vehicle technician for a prestigious dealership in Guildford. This unique Vehicle Technician opportunity is ideal for experienced motor trade professionals eager to specialise in high-performance sports cars, electric vehicles, and advanced diagnostics within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful individual will be key in repairing, servicing, and diagnosing a diverse range of vehicles, including high-performance internal combustion engine and electric models.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary between £38,000 and £42,000, based on experience and qualifications
Bonus potential of up to £6,000, with an estimated on-target earnings of approximately £48,000

Servicing and repairing high-performance sports and electric vehicles
Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues, including high-voltage systems
Performing routine maintenance and safety inspections
Contributing to the EV service and repair operations with versatility across a variety of vehicle types
Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation for warranty claims
Working collaboratively with colleagues to uphold high service standardsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Level 3 vehicle technician qualification or equivalent
High-voltage specialist training essential
Proven competence in ICE engine diagnostics and repairs
Experience working with sports cars and a range of vehicle models
Dealer experience preferred but not essential; versatility and adaptability are key
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and goal-oriented work ethic
