A growing precision engineering manufacturer based in Rainham is expanding its production team and is looking to recruit multiple CNC Operators due to significant investment in a new manufacturing line.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Operator, but we are also keen to hear from individuals with machine operating, manufacturing or engineering experience who are looking to develop a long-term career within engineering and production.

The RoleAs a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production of precision-engineered components within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating CNC machinery
Monitoring machine performance and production output
Carrying out quality checks and measurements
Performing basic machine adjustments and tool changes
Ensuring components are manufactured to specification
Following production and quality procedures
Supporting continuous improvement activities
Maintaining a safe and organised working environmentWhat We're Looking ForWe would like to hear from:

Recently qualified engineering candidatesPrevious CNC experience is advantageous but not essential.
