A large main contractor is looking for a freelance Setting Out Engineer to provide two weeks of cover on a major science park development in Abingdon.
The role
You will be joining an established site team with the main works during your period being piling. Day to day you will be setting out pile positions, checking tolerances and as built positions, and keeping accurate records for the engineering team.
What you need
* Proven setting out experience with a main contractor or specialist piling subcontractor
* Confident working from AutoCAD drawings
* Valid CSCS card
* Own PPE
Worth knowing
All setting out equipment is provided by the main contractor, so you just need to turn up ready to go. Immediate start, two weeks of guaranteed work with a good chance of further cover on the same site.

Salary description
£300.00 - £350.00 per day
