Competitive basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
OTE of £50,000 - £55,000, achievable with excellent performance
Working hours: 5 days per week, including 1 in 3 Sundays on rota

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements
Conduct test drives and confidently present vehicle features

Work toward individual and team sales targets to maximise resultsRequirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a dealership or used car environment
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
