Location: UK wide but predominately Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum plus company vehicle, fuel card, credit card, phone, tablet, pension and 25 days holiday excluding statutory days
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and professional Legionella Risk Assessor to join our expanding team.
We’re seeking someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to delivering top-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Legionella risk assessments in line with ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidelines
Carry out site surveys of domestic and commercial water systems
Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate remedial actions
Produce detailed, accurate reports within agreed timeframes
Advise clients on control measures and compliance improvements
Support other team members with water hygiene and remedial works when required
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
Strong understanding of ACoP L8 and HSG274
WMSoc or City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification – essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
