Position Details:
Role: Quality Assurance Specialist
Contract Type: 6 months, with potential for extension
Daily Rate: Circa £500 per day (umbrella) or £48,374 - £61,240 per annum (PAYE)
Location: Primarily remote/home-based, with occasional travel to Warwick and supplier or construction sites (driving licence preferred)

As a Quality Specialist, you will:
Lead and oversee Level 2 Assurance activities, ensuring robust compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Develop and manage the annual audit plan, conducting audits and delivering constructive feedback to stakeholders.
Strengthen supplier assurance processes and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Embed and mature the organisation's lessons learned process, transforming project experiences into valuable organisational knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have:
A strong background in Quality Assurance (not Quality Control) with in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001.
Experience in creating and executing audit programmes and assurance activities, with a track record in regulated industries such as utilities, energy, rail, or defence.
Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, challenging practises constructively, and influencing improvements.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Total Quality Management (TQM).
