A Secondary SEN School in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for graduates and aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, Counsellors, or Teachers.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs.
Help students develop positive coping strategies, emotional regulation, confidence, and independence.
Support students to manage challenging behaviours and engage positively with their learning.
Work closely with teachers and the wider support team to create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
Observe and monitor students' behaviour, wellbeing, engagement, and progress throughout the school day.We're looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant who is:
