How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Customer Operations Administrator - Inside IR35 - £165-£175 per day to UmbrellaHybrid working, free onsite carparkingA well established organisation based in Solihull Town Centre are seeking a Customer Operations Administrator on a 6 month contract.The Customer Operations and Excellence department delivers an exceptional customer experience through eficient operations, continuous improvement, collaboration and the effective use of technology.   As Customer Operations Administrator, your role will include:Customer and Query Management: Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely information and services, resolving queries in line with agreed processes.
    Performance and Quality Delivery: Deliver work accurately and consistently in line with agreed service levels, quality standards, and performance measures.
    Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and operational efficiency, and contribute to implementing agreed improvements.
    Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work with colleagues across the team and wider business to resolve queries, share knowledge, and continuously develop customer, process, and industry understanding.
    The appointed candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely and helpful support.
    Strong attention to detail, with the ability to process information accurately and maintain agreed quality standards
    Good organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities, follow established processes and resolve operational queries effectively
    A continuous improvement and learning mindset, with the ability to develop process and industry knowledge and contribute ideas that improve customer experience and operational efficiency
    Ability to manage and reprioritise tasks when operational priorities change, with appropriate support and clear direction where required.
    Previous experience within Customer Operations or a customer-focussed operational environment Hybrid working with free, onsite car-parking
