The Decorator role centres on internal painting and finishing within a kitchen showroom environment. The work exists to keep the showroom presentable and well-finished for visitors and staff, with a steady flow of decorating tasks focused on maintaining the space.

What you'll focus on

Preparing internal surfaces in the showroom for decoration.
Applying finishes to walls and other surfaces to the required standard.
Keeping the work area tidy and safe while you work.

Key responsibilities

Prepare walls and other internal surfaces ready for painting or finishing.
Carry out painting and decorating of showroom areas to the specified standard.
Protect adjacent surfaces and fixtures while working.
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area throughout the job.
Follow onsite instructions and work to agreed timescales.
Use appropriate decorating tools and materials for each task.

What we're looking for

Experience as a decorator, ideally including internal showroom or similar environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver a neat, consistent finish.
CSCS card required
Able to follow instructions and work to agreed timescales.
Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach on site.
