We're bringing on an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our Glasgow team, meeting residents face-to-face and learning the ropes of sales from the ground up. No experience, no problem — just bring the right attitude and we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Be Doing
* Meeting residents across Glasgow in person, day to day
* Learning how to open conversations, build rapport, and read what a customer actually needs
* Presenting our products/services clearly and confidently
* Turning genuine interest into completed sales
* Managing your own diary and pacing your own workload
* Picking up real, transferable sales skills as you go
What You'll Need
* A friendly, approachable manner and genuine interest in people
* Willingness to learn and take on feedback
* Resilience — comfortable hearing "no" and moving on
* Self-motivation to manage your own time
* Own transport preferred, not essential
* Ambition to build a long-term career in sales
