Job Description
We’re looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our CML team in Telford, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK.
This is a permanent day driving role offering full-time stability, and the opportunity to be part of a trusted logistics operation. You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.

Shift patterns available
This role is a 3 on 4 off shift pattern working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Start Windows between 14:00 - 18:00Our 3 on, 4 off shift pattern provides extended periods of rest, greater flexibility, and an outstanding work-life balance, making it ideal for those who value quality time outside of work.
Due to the nature of the products being delivered, our drivers will have 3 hour start windows to ensure they are flexible depending on volume
Salary: £(phone number removed) basic with opportunity for OTE with shift and overtime allowance
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Possession of LGV Class C+E Licence and valid DCPC
Minimum 6 months experience driving LGV
Full UK Driving License
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work without direct supervision
Adaptable and methodical approach to work/ training
Conscientious and reliable
Professional and approachable
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
Able to work using own initiative or as part of a team
Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours
