The Role
You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from file opening through to completion, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while providing an exceptional level of client service.
Your caseload will include:
Freehold sales and purchases
Leasehold sales and purchases
New build transactions
Managing matters from instruction through to post-completion
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction
The successful candidate will be confident handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent technical standards and client care.
About You
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners.
You'll ideally have:
A minimum of one year's experience independently managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
Strong experience of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
A proactive, organised and client-focused approach
