About the Role
Time Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Arc Welder to join our clients team, covering sites across the North West. This is a mobile role requiring travel to various customer locations, carrying out high-quality welding and fabrication work while ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out Arc (MMA) welding to a high standard.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Perform on-site welding, repairs, and fabrication work.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working order.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Travel to customer sites throughout the North West as required.
Requirements
Essential
Proven experience as an Arc Welder.
Experience with field based tasks
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
Relevant welding certifications/qualifications.
Experience working on-site within industrial, construction, or engineering environments.
Multi-skilled welding experience would be advantageous.
