This is a hands-on engineering leadership role suited to someone with a strong fabrication, manufacturing or production engineering background who enjoys leading a team while remaining involved in the technical and operational side of the workshop.

This Manufacturing Supervisor job will suit:

* Experienced candidates from an engineering, fabrication, manufacturing or production environment.

* Engineering apprenticeship, HNC/HND or degree in mechanical, production or general engineering.

* Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding and workshop machinery.

* Must be able to use manual/CNC steel fabrication machines

* Previous experience leading/managing a team of 20+ employees.

* Good understanding of quality, H&S and ISO 9001, alongside strong IT skills.

This Manufacturing Supervisor job will involve:

* Leading a team of 20+ workshop employees and overseeing daily production.

* Managing fabrication and machining activities, including press brakes, guillotines, punches, tube benders, lathes and milling machines.

* Carrying out quality and first-off inspections and supporting ISO 9001 requirements and internal audits.

* Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained across the factory and workshop.

* Working with management to improve production, quality, safety and workshop efficiency.

This Manufacturing Supervisor job is based in Norton Juxta and is commutable from Atherstone, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Tamworth, Lutterworth, Market Bosworth, Coalville, Coventry, Leicester and surrounding areas.
