Salary is competitive and based on experience, and the role is based at a rural location with the opportunity to work from home for up to one day per week following successful completion of probation.
Duties
* Prepare estimates and quotations for customers
* Process incoming work and prepare job sheets
* Support workshop staff by coordinating production requirements
* Organise deliveries and collections
* Produce invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
* Maintain customer records and general office administration
* Order workshop materials and office supplies
* Answer customer enquiries by phone and email
* Support the overall running of the business as an Office & Workshop Coordinator
Experience
* Previous experience in estimating, administration, bookkeeping or a similar role is preferred
* Confident using computers and learning new systems
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Practical and willing to help wherever needed within a small team
* Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the rural location
* Reliable, proactive and capable of working independently
