How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Graduate Future Leader Programme 2026

Location: East Leake with rotational placements across Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions UK & Ireland
    Salary: £33,000 per annum

What if your first graduate role wasn't following a path... but helping create one?

At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we're looking for exceptional graduates who want to become the leaders of tomorrow.

Not people looking for a standard graduate scheme.

Not people looking for an easy route to management.

We're looking for ambitious individuals who want to challenge thinking, inspire change, and leave a lasting impact on a business that has been shaping the built environment for more than 350 years.

    And here's the exciting part...

This is the first time we've launched a Graduate Future Leader Programme.

That's right. No previous cohorts. No established route. No expectations based on what others have done before.

This is your opportunity to join a pioneering group of graduates and help shape what the programme becomes. The projects you lead, the ideas you bring, and the impact you make will influence future generations of leaders at Saint-Gobain.

At Saint-Gobain, our purpose is Making the World a Better Home.

As a global leader in light and sustainable construction, we develop solutions that improve the places where people live, work and learn. Through innovation, sustainability and collaboration, we're helping create a better future for our customers, our communities and our planet.

To achieve our ambitions, we're investing in our future leaders today. With over 6,000 colleagues across the UK and Ireland and a reputation as a Top Employer Global, we're committed to developing our people and creating opportunities for future talent.

    What you will be doing:

Our Future Leader Programme is a two-year rotational programme designed to develop high-potential graduates into well-rounded business leaders. You'll gain exposure to key areas of the business, build relationships across multiple functions, and develop the commercial, operational and leadership skills needed to make a real impact.

Over the course of the programme, you'll rotate through a variety of functions, including Operations and Manufacturing, Commercial and Customer Teams, Customer Value Chain and Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Innovation and Technical Solutions, Digital and Business Functions.

Along the way, you'll work on strategic business projects, receive coaching from senior leaders, and build a deep understanding of how a global organisation operates.

Most importantly, this programme has been designed with the future in mind. For the right candidate who demonstrates the capability, ambition and leadership potential we're looking for, there will be an opportunity to progress into a leadership role at the end of the programme, providing a clear pathway to a long-term career with Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions.

    What we're looking for:

We're interested in graduates from any degree discipline. More importantly, we're looking for people who:

Are passionate about making a difference
Have the ambition to become future business leaders
Bring fresh perspectives and challenge conventional thinking
Build strong relationships and influence others
Are curious, resilient and eager to learn
Thrive in new environments and embrace change
Want to leave a lasting impact on the business they join
Hold a full UK driving licence and are willing to travel, as you'll spend time working across different Saint-Gobain sites throughout the programmeAre SGIS and Saint-Gobain inclusive employers?

Saint-Gobain is a worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction, following our purpose of 'Making the World a Better Home'. We play a part in improving daily life through high-performance solutions. From wherever you are, let your unique personality and our values guide you every day to invent a more sustainable world.

We understand that a diverse workplace is not only a more enjoyable place to be but also facilitates better decision making and innovation. So, whoever you are, and whichever Saint-Gobain business you join, you can be sure of a warm welcome with us.

    And what about flexibility?

At Saint-Gobain, we're always open to new ways of working. Everyone has different needs and commitments. We'll happily discuss any need you might have for this role. Whilst we can't promise to meet every request when we're recruiting, we do promise to listen.

If you match our criteria, we will be in touch to discuss your experience and more about you as a person, we look forward to hearing from you
