Are you a proactive, quick-thinking Teaching Assistant that can engage with the student through creative and adaptable strategies?
To start as soon as possible - Monday - Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm with a break.
Teaching Assistant Role and Qualification:
* Provide dedicated 1-1 support for a Year 2 student with ASD and ADHD.
* Use "Now and Next" strategies to support understanding and transitions.
* Adapt activities to maintain engagement and meet the students individual needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and assist with emotional regulation.
* Encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction.
* Experience supporting children with ASD and ADHD
* L2/L3 Teaching Assistant, care or SEND qualification.
