How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Solar PV Electrician

    Our client is an established and award-winning family-run Renewable Energy contractor renowned for their expertise within the solar pv sector.

    Summary

    They are seeking a skilled Solar PV Electrician to join our team. Based in Middlesborough. The Solar PV Electrician will help deliver high-quality solar energy projects that contribute to a greener future. Your electrical solar PV expertise will support their mission to reduce energy costs and promote sustainable living.

    Solar PV Electrician Responsibilities

    * Install and commission solar photovoltaic systems ensuring compliance with safety standards.

    * Use hand tools and power tools effectively during installation.

    * Troubleshoot electrical issues related to solar PV setups.

    * Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to complete projects on time.

    * Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets industry regulations.

    * Maintain accurate documentation of installation processes.

    * Support ongoing maintenance and system upgrades as needed.

    Solar PV Electrician Qualifications

    * Proven electrical experience with a focus on renewable energy systems.

    * Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

    * Strong understanding of electrical wiring, safety standards, and regulations.

    * Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.

    * Excellent problem-solving skills.

    * Preferred experience with solar PV installations.
