The Role
As a Factory Operative, your duties may include:
* Operating and monitoring CNC and production machinery
* Loading materials into pre-set machines
* Monitoring machine cycles to ensure safe and accurate operation
* Quality checking finished goods
* Light Assembly
* Order picking and preparing goods for despatch
* Labelling, wrapping, banding and palletising products
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Some roles involve manual handling and all roles require working on your feet all shift.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous manufacturing / production experience desirable
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* comfortable with repetitive work and manual handling
* Good attention to detail
* Strong team working skills
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
Full training can be provided for the right candidate
Salary description
£13.35 - £14.35 per hour
