About the role
You’ll join a growing specialist Construction recruitment agency, working with clients and candidates across the industry to build long-term relationships and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your own desk, build a strong client and candidate network, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Developing and managing relationships with construction clients
* Identifying, attracting and interviewing candidates
* Winning new business and developing existing accounts
* Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
* Building your own network and market knowledge
* Working collaboratively as part of a growing team
* Hitting and exceeding personal and team targets
