Full-Time: 8:30am - 3:30pm

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school team in Ashford.
The successful candidate will be supporting students across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2, helping children to access learning, develop their confidence and reach their full potential.
The Role
- Supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2
- Providing 1:1 support where required
- Supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in the classroom
- Assisting with learning, engagement and personal development
- Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous SEN experience
- Is confident providing 1:1 support
- Is patient, caring and understanding
- Can build positive relationships with children
- Is reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a team
Relevant qualifications are preferred but not essential
