We are working with a highly respected client who are looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead on an interim basis.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior recruitment professional to take ownership of talent acquisition activity within an organisation where attracting exceptional people is central to delivering its wider mission.
 
The Role

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activity across a broad range of functions and levels
Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment approaches
Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
Provide expert advice on recruitment strategy, market conditions, sourcing and candidate attraction
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring-manager experience
Develop innovative approaches to sourcing and attracting high-quality, diverse talent
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and ways of working 
About You

Significant experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within a complex organisation.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and advising stakeholders on recruitment strategy.
A strong understanding of contemporary sourcing and attraction techniques.
Experience managing recruitment across a variety of professional and specialist roles.
A track record of improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
