This is a varied role where you’ll play an important part in keeping the service operation running smoothly, supporting customers throughout the process and ensuring completed work is accurately processed and invoiced.
* 8am-5pm
* Monday to Friday
* up to £30k
Duties:
* Processing and invoicing completed work orders
* Checking job cards and supporting documentation for accuracy
* Handling incoming telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service
* Liaising with customers and the workshop regarding ongoing work
* Obtaining customer authorisations and purchase order numbers
* Checking customer account and credit information
* Planning and maintaining the workshop diary
* Coordinating MOT bookings and communicating arrangements with customers
* Meeting and greeting customers professionally
* Arranging external/subcontracted work where required
* Supporting the service desk during busy periods and holiday cover
* Following up with customers regarding service work
* Completing general administration duties for the department
Requirements:
* Has strong administration and organisational skills
* Provides excellent customer service
* Is confident communicating with customers over the phone and face-to-face
* Can build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
* Is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Can prioritise and manage several tasks at once
* Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
* Works well independently and as part of a team
