Location: Telford
Salary: Starting salary of £35,115 per annum (rising to £43,486 once key competency levels are achieved)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 12-hour rotating shifts (Days & Nights, including weekends)

We're looking for a hands-on Production Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Telford. If you have experience operating machinery, solving production issues, and driving performance on the shop floor, this could be the perfect next step.
What You'll Do:
Operate and optimise automated production equipment
Troubleshoot machinery and process issues
Support and lead production operators on shift
Drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
Ensure high standards of safety and compliance
What We're Looking For:
Experience within FMCG, food, packaging, or manufacturing
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Experience with automated machinery
Flexible approach to rotating shifts
