Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + £700 On-Call Payment (up to 8 times per year)

Are you an experienced Children's Residential Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step?
This is a rare opportunity to launch and lead a brand-new Ofsted-regulated children's home in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. You'll have the chance to build your own team, shape the culture from day one and make a genuine difference to the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the day-to-day running of the home.
Recruiting, developing and leading your own staff team.
Ensuring Ofsted compliance and outstanding safeguarding standards.
Delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care.
Building strong partnerships with local authorities and professionals.
What We're Looking For
Children's Residential Care experience is essential.
Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience.
Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Standards.
Experience supporting young people with EBD and complex needs.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or working towards.
Please note: Due to Ofsted requirements, candidates with Supported Living-only experience cannot be considered.
