Allied Mobility is a leading provider of wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs), helping customers maintain their independence and mobility. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Used WAV Sales team in Coventry.
The Opportunity:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the wheelchair accessible vehicle purchasing journey, handling enquires and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial contact through to vehicle delivery.

This role offers a 35-hour working week, with shifts scheduled Monday to Thursday and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. Starting salary of £25,214.40 per annum, plus a competitive bonus scheme, with on-target earnings up to £55k.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
* Build strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
* Ensure all vehicle administration and sales paperwork are completed accurately.
* Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Used WAV Sales Manager.
* Manage customer enquiries using excellent communication and customer service skills.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:
* Previous experience working in a sales or customer-facing role.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
* A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
