German-speaking graduate looking to build a career in Project Management, Account Management or Client Services?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established international packaging and design business working with major FMCG and retail brands.
This is an ideal opportunity for a German-speaking graduate who is organised, confident, commercially aware and keen to develop a long-term career in an international business.
You'll work closely with an experienced Account Director, supporting German-speaking clients and international packaging and retail design projects. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience develops.
No previous project management, packaging or agency experience is required.
The Role
As a Graduate Project Executive, you will support the day-to-day coordination and delivery of client projects, ensuring deadlines, communication and project information are kept on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the coordination of client projects from brief through to delivery
* Liaising with German-speaking clients and internal teams
* Coordinating project tasks, deadlines and actions
* Tracking project progress and providing client updates
* Maintaining accurate project information and documentation
* Supporting the delivery of packaging and retail design projects
* Responding to client queries and helping resolve issues
* Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Supporting the Account Director with project and account management
* Taking on greater responsibility for your own projects as you develop
About You
We're looking for a German-speaking graduate who:
* Is fluent in German and has strong English language skills
* Is educated to degree level
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Can manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
* Is confident, proactive and keen to learn
* Enjoys working with people and building client relationships
* Is interested in developing a career in Project Management, Account Management or Client Services
* Can commute to Purley, South London
Your degree can be in any subject. You do not need to have studied German, provided you have strong German language skills.
Previous experience is not essential. We're interested in graduates with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
