This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sub-Agent or ambitious Site Engineer looking to take the next step in their career. Working on a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, you will play a key role in supporting the Site Agent and wider project team to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
As the Sub-Agent your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supporting the Site Agent in the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion
Managing and coordinating site activities, subcontractors and site-based teams
Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with programme, drawings, specifications and quality requirements
Assisting with planning, programming and monitoring progress on site
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance
Liaising with the project team, engineers, subcontractors and client representatives to resolve issues and maintain progress
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience working as a Sub-Agent, Site Agent, Senior Site Engineer or similar position within civil engineering
A strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and project delivery
Experience managing site teams and coordinating subcontractors
Good knowledge of health, safety, quality and environmental requirements
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
