Job Role:
* Partnering with operational teams and senior leaders to provide financial insight that supports strategic and operational decision-making
* Analysing KPIs and business performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
* Leading budgeting and rolling forecasting processes in line with business strategy and market conditions
* Producing monthly management information, including regional P&L, variance analysis, performance reports and financial commentary
* Providing profitability and margin analysis while supporting business cases for investment, growth and cost-saving opportunities
* Supporting cost management, cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation
* Driving improvements across financial processes, controls and wider operational practices
Skills and experience
* Demonstrating previous experience within a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar commercially focused finance role
* Possessing strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience
* Demonstrating experience producing and interpreting P&L and variance analysis
* Providing commercial insight around profitability, margins, costs and business performance
* Building strong relationships with operational and senior stakeholders and confidently influencing decision-making
* Demonstrating excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear and meaningful insights
* Showing a proactive approach to process improvement, problem-solving and supporting business growth
