Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate a team of 6–8 mechanical operatives on site.
* Allocate daily tasks and ensure works meet programme deadlines.
* Oversee mechanical installation works to a high standard.
* Read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
* Ensure all works comply with RAMS, health & safety and site requirements.
* Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and other trades.
* Monitor progress, quality and workmanship.
* Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Mechanical Foreman, Mechanical Supervisor or Senior Mechanical Tradesperson.
* Experience managing and coordinating a team of 6–8 operatives.
* Good knowledge of site procedures, RAMS and health & safety.
* Valid Black CSCS Card
Salary description
£270.00 - £270.00 per day
