Pay and Shift Details
- £12.92 per hour basic rate
- £18.21 per hour for nights and Saturdays
- £23.62 per hour on Sundays
- £22.62 per hour on Bank Holidays
- Full-time permanent position
- Days, nights and weekend shifts available
- Potential earnings of £36,000+ per year through enhanced shift payments

Your Responsibilities:

- Providing a visible security presence across multiple NHS hospital sites
- Helping keep patients, visitors and healthcare staff safe
- Conducting patrols of hospital buildings and surrounding areas
- Monitoring CCTV and security systems
- Managing incidents professionally and calmly
- De-escalating conflict and challenging behaviour
- Supporting emergency responses when required
- Carrying out searches when needed, following site procedures and safety guidelines
- Working closely with hospital teams, security colleagues and emergency services when support is needed
- Maintaining accurate reports and incident records
- Covering hospitals across Birmingham, Solihull and Sutton Coldfield

You'll need to:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence or have previous military, police or prison custody experience and be willing to undertake Door Supervisor training
- Have at least one year's relevant security, military, police or custody experience
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport
- Be able to travel between hospital sites as required
- Be flexible to work days, nights and weekends

Previous healthcare security experience is beneficial but not essential.
