The project mix keeps things varied whilst focusing on the Residential sector: think high-end new-builds, interesting extensions and refurbishments as well as developer schemes with some small commercial ventures thrown in for good measure. You won't be doing the same thing on repeat!
They're looking for someone who can properly own a project from concept through to completion — confident across all RIBA stages, comfortable leading and managing project teams and trusted to get on with the job without needing to be micromanaged.

This is a genuine opportunity to take real ownership — you won't be stuck pushing out someone else's designs or sitting on the periphery of decisions. You'll be trusted with your own projects end to end, working directly with clients, and given the room to build a reputation on the quality of your own work. For an Architect who's already comfortable leading and wants a practice that will properly back that with trust and autonomy, this is the right move.
If that sounds like the move you've been waiting for, apply today with your CV and portfolio.
