We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Solihull and become an important part of a child's learning journey.

💛 What you'll be doing
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Helping children with additional needs engage with learning
Supporting pupils with autism, communication and behavioural needs
Building trusting, positive relationships with pupils
Encouraging confidence, independence and social development
Working alongside teachers and other professionals to give every child the support they need
