Are you a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity in Solihull?
We are looking for a dedicated SEN TA to support children with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and achieve their potential.
The role
Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
Support pupils with SEND, including autism and communication needs.
Assist with learning and classroom activities.
Promote positive behaviour and independence.
Work closely with teachers and the wider school team.
We are looking for someone who is
Caring, patient and reliable.
Passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
Experienced as a Teaching Assistant or working with children.
Able to build positive relationships with pupils.
Ideally experienced with SEN/SEND, although this is not essential.
